Shanxi Tongzhou Coal & Coke Group, located in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, is a large private enterprise integrating coal, coke, chemical, power, logistics, tourism development, and tertiary services. Among its subsidiaries, Jinneng Energy Company boasts a large-scale green coking enterprise with core businesses focused on the production of coke, tar, ammonium sulfate, crude benzene, and other products.

The awarded project focuses on providing a zero-discharge solution for coking wastewater. Coking wastewater is a typical industrial effluent containing multiple pollutants, with high concentrations of organic contaminants, inorganic salts, ammonia nitrogen, and other substances. It is characterized by significant fluctuations in water quality and high treatment difficulty. Traditional coking wastewater treatment technologies primarily rely on biochemical methods, which often result in incomplete treatment and poor effluent quality. BGT's independently developed integrated coking wastewater treatment solution includes pretreatment, reverse osmosis, and zero discharge processes. This will effectively address the wastewater treatment challenges faced by Jinneng Energy Company of Shanxi Tongzhou Coal & Coke Group, achieving wastewater zero discharging and resource recycling while reducing operational costs and thereby enhancing the company's economic and social benefits.
